Does the caseworker see everything I write?
Everyone in the dossier sees the same thing. There is no separate caseworker file with things you are not allowed to read.
Does the foster family get my address and phone number?
Not automatically. You set per detail who may see it: your email address, your phone number and your address separately. By default Foster does not share your address or phone number with the foster family.
I do not speak Dutch well
Messages, updates and agreements translate automatically. Foster speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Tigrinya.
Do I still have a say in decisions?
Every agreement about your child needs an answer. You can confirm or object with a reason. One objection is enough to mark the agreement as contested, whoever proposed it.
What if I start the dossier myself?
Then you stay the administrator. You edit your child's details and you decide who joins.
